The holiday season is here, and it's time to pick the perfect gifts for your loved ones. Zinzino products make an excellent choice, so here are the key shipping dates to ensure your packages arrive before December 24.

If you wish the packages to be delivered to you before Christmas, your order must be paid for by:

Markets

• December 12 – Iceland, Faroe Islands, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Greece, Ireland, and Global Markets
• December 15 – Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Malta, Netherlands, Romania, Slovakia, Switzerland, Spain, France, Croatia, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Portugal, and Slovenia
• December 16 – Turkey, Poland, and the United Kingdom
• December 17 – Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia

Delivery times depend on stock availability and may change due to unexpected events. We recommend placing orders early to avoid delays. Thank you for your understanding.
Customer Care office hours & commissions payout
Our Customer Care Team is ready at your disposal during the holiday season, with only five deviations in the opening hours:

• December 24, 2025 – the office will be closed
• December 25, 2025 – the office will be closed
• December 26, 2025 – the office will be closed
• December 31, 2025 - the office will be closed
• January 1, 2026 – the office will be closed

Instead of the regular Tuesday/Thursday schedule, commissions will be paid out on:

December 23, December 30, and January 2.
