How do I become a Premier Customer?
You become a Premier Customer automatically once you purchase or start subscribing to one or more of our customized product kits. You may now receive up to 60% on these Premier Kits. Reach out to your nearest Zinzino Independent Partner or contact Customer Support for more help.
Are there any fees or costs for being part of the Rewards Program?
No. It is completely free to be a Customer in our Rewards Program. The only costs involved are for the discounted product purchases you make within the program.
How do I redeem my ZinoCash?
You may trade your ZinoCash for any free products from the entire Zinzino range, as long as they are single-item orders. You have two options to redeem your products. Place an online order and choose the “Pay later” option or place your order by reaching out to your local Customer Support team with your list of products.
How do I pay with my ZinoCash?
Your ZinoCash is automatically credited to your personal account within 24 hours of placing and paying for an order. Your ZinoCash must cover the entire cost of the order. Example: 200 ZinoCash may be used to pay for orders that equal €200 or less. It is not possible to use your ZinoCash to make partial payments for a purchase or to cover the costs of a subscription order or Premier Kit order.
Is there an expiration date on my ZinoCash?
Your ZinoCash will expire if you cancel your Premier Customer subscription, or if there are more than 12 months between your orders. Your ZinoCash or ZinoCash reward levels cannot be transferred to somebody else’s account.
What is Zinzino4Free?
Your subscription also give you access to another part of our rewards program called “Zinzino4Free”. Whenever you share your experience of our products with your friends and family and they become Zinzino customers, you are qualified for getting your own products free of charge. Ask your Partner for more details or contact our Customer Support.
Can I use my ZinoCash to pay for shipping?
No, you can’t. It is not possible to use your ZinoCash to make any partial payments for a purchase, nor to cover the costs of a subscription order or Premier Kit order.
