To ensure high quality in our logistics process, we need to make some freight price adjustments for some of our delivery options.

Due to the current world situation with inflation, limited access to transportation, as well as higher fuel and delivery costs, freight prices will be adjustments as of May 1st, 2022.

New freight prices will be visible on the next monthly subscription and on all new orders as of May 1st. The adjustments will not affect Customers who are eligible for a free freight via the previous Balance app.

These adjustments are necessary to maintain the same premium quality of logistics service that ensures the best possible experience for our you as our faithful Customer.
