How Do I Cancel My Zinzino Subscription?

If you have a committed subscription, the subscription commitment must be fulfilled before cancellation. All outstanding subscription invoices, including the initial starter kit invoice, must be paid in full.

Cancellation Fee*
If you wish to cancel before completing six monthly payments, you can do so by paying a cancellation fee as outlined in your subscription contract. The fee is:

*50 EUR / 50 USD / 50 CAD / 50 CHF / 500 SEK / 500 DKK / 500 NOK / 220 PLN / 75 AUD / 50 GBP

Note: If you choose to cancel with the fee, your subscription ends immediately, and no further products will be shipped. If you’ve paid your next invoice but haven’t received the product, you can pay half the shipping fee with the cancellation fee to still receive it. No refunds will be given.
