How Do I Cancel My Zinzino Subscription?


To protect your personal information, we will not process your cancellation here in the forum. 

If you have a committed subscription, then the subscription agreement may be terminated at the earliest after all subscription invoices, in addition to the first invoice, have been paid.

Cancellation fee*
If you, however, wish to end the agreement without having made 6 monthly payments, Zinzino will charge you a cancellation fee of:
50 EUR / 50 USD / 50 CAD / 50 CHF / 500 SEK / 500 DKK / 500 NOK / 220 PLN / 75 AUD / 50 GBP per subscription.
**If you choose this option, no products will be sent and the subscription will end immediately after the cancellation fee has been paid. However, if you have already paid your next invoice without shipping, you can choose to pay the other half of the shipping fee together with the cancellation fee, and get the product sent to you. However, no refund will be made. 

As a Zinzino customer, you are important to us and we care about you. That being said, in able for us to help you and also improve as a company, we will ask you a couple of questions about why you want to cancel your subscription. We hope that you will be able to help us by having your customer id number available and to answer a few questions when you contact us.
