How do I get a new password?
New password
Go to “Sign in” and select the “Forgot your password?” link. Type your Partner ID and press the “Send” button.
We will send you a link via email that is valid for approx. 15-20 minutes. Click on the link and create a new password.
Change password
Log in to your Partner Back Office. Sign in to your Back Office > User information > Change password.
Follow the instructions and select "Update".
