How do I Sign in to the Zinzino GoCore app?


Watch the GoCore App Guide here (video subtitles available) or do the following:
  1. Download the GoCore app for free from App Store or Google Play.
  2. Once installed, choose the country of your mobile phone number, enter your mobile phone number and partner ID & click on 'Send activation code' and confirm your mobile number
  3. A text message with an activation code will be sent to your mobile phone. Enter it into the app.
  4. You’re logged in!

In case you can not Sign in, please do following:
  1. Make sure your partner monthly auto order is paid or that you have a purchased GoCore App 1 month access in the web shop 
  2. Make sure that you log in with the same Partner ID and phone number that you have registered on your Partner account.
  3. You can also go to your Back Office and change your contact details in case it is needed.
  4. If these steps didn't help you, then please contact Partner Support.
