How Do I Open My Web Account?


Company
  • If you are a registered partner with a Company, please send us your company number to: support.eu@zinzino.com.  Once we verify your company number, we will open your web account and notify you.
Private Person
  •  If you are a registered partner as a private person, you will need to fill in our Supplementary Partner Agreement form (attached below), and a copy (scanned or a picture) of the document that verifies your TIN (Tax Identification Number), if you are unsure of which document that is please check this link:TIN by Country. Please keep in mind, if you decide to sign up as a private person and use the Supplementary Partner Agreement form, you can only withdrawal up to 6,000€ per calendar year.
