How Do I Register A Referral Customer?


A referral customer is a customer referred to you from your direct customer.

You can either register them via your BackOffice, or your customer can register them via their customer page MyAccount.

One option is to use our new feature Shared Cart
  • Sign in to your personal account
  • Click on register new customer
  • Choose the country your new customer is in (market) and click on go to registration
  • Choose the products in the shop
  • Follow the instructions to customize the kit
  • Go to checkout
  • Complete the registration by filling in the customer's personal information
  • Click on save and checkout
  • Check the personal information, the order and the selected reference
  • Choose a payment method
  • Read and accept the terms and conditions
  • Complete the order by clicking on Place your order
