How do I withdraw money from my WebAccount?


  • Sign in to your personal account
  • Go to Finances in the menu
  • Click on WebAccount
  • Enter your security code, enter the amount to transfer, and submit your withdrawal request
* Security code is a personal and encrypted code that you create. This code gives you access to your webaccount. If your code is lost please Contact Partner support

Please Note: To withdrawal money from your WebAccount we take a fee of 3€/3£. Minimal withdrawal is 13€/13£.
