How do I return my order?


Please Contact our Customer Service and  let us know which products you intend to return, that way we can help you faster with returning your delivery.

For Europe/Asia:
  • Our Customers (also Independent Partners who receive their start orders) are guaranteed to have the right to return all Premier Kits for 30 days from the date of purchase. 
  • After we have received the products, reimbursement is made for the products that have not been used or opened. You will be liable for the cost of return shipping.

For the USA and Canada:
  • You may return/exchange products in unused (sealed) condition to/with Zinzino for 60 days from the date of purchase by calling Zinzino Customer Care for a Return Authorization Number. 
  • All returned products must be unopened, sealed and re-saleable.
