How do I update my credit card details?

There are different ways to update your card details for your subscription.

1) Update via Subscription

1. Sign in to your personal account
2. Go to Subscriptions and scroll down to Shipping and payment
3. Under Payment method, click Manage payment methods
4. Here you can:
   
   • select a previously saved card
   • add a new payment card
   • or choose Email invoice

To add a new card:

1. Click Add payment method
2. Select Credit card and click Continue
3. Enter your card details
4. Click Add card and follow the instructions

When you have followed these instructions your credit card is up-to-date for your subscription.

2) Update via Open Order
If you have an open order (unpaid order) you can update your card information and pay the order at the same time, by following these instructions:

• Sign in to your personal account
• Go to orders
• Click on pay
• Fill in your card details
• Choose Card payment for subscription/AutoOrder payment method
• From the three boxes underneath your card information, choose the first box to save your card for future payments.
• Click on pay for order and follow the instructions

When you have followed these instructions, your open order is paid for and your credit card is up-to-date for your subscription.

3) Update via New Order

If you want to order a product in the webshop, you can also update your credit card information when paying for your order, by following these instructions:

• Sign in to your personal account
• Go to shop, choose products and go to checkout.
• Choose use card payment
• Fill in your card details
• Choose Card payment for subscription/AutoOrder payment method
• Click on place your order and follow the payment instructions

When you have followed these instructions, your new order is paid for and your credit card is up-to-date for your subscription.
