How do I upgrade/delay/cancel my subscription?


We understand that life doesn’t always go to plan. Zinzino will always be here to help, bringing your life back into balance when you’re ready to recommit. If you’ve found yourself in this situation, we have a number of options for you. Please, get in touch with Customer Service if you want to make any changes to your subscription:

Changing the product you’re subscribing to. Maybe your health goals have shifted and you think you’d benefit from other Zinzino products. It doesn’t matter what product you want to replace or remove – we want to ensure you get the right Zinzino food supplements for your current health goals and needs.

Pausing your subscription for a maximum of 90 days.
It is possible to pause your subscription between 1 - 2 invoices at a time, for a maximum of 90 days from your last payment. To pause your subscription, please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.

Canceling the subscription will incur a fee if it's before the six months is over.. You’ll pay a set fee for each product you subscribe to.
