Is a Partner allowed to sell via third-party websites (e-commerce websites)?

Please note: Partners must not offer Zinzino products for sale via any online medium other than the official company site, the partner's official replicated website provided by the company, or via the partner's private website approved by the Company.

Zinzino encourages its Partners to sell Zinzino products via the official Zinzino web shop, which is a legally compliant online sales platform for Partners, who can use their replicated sites for all business.

In contrast, selling Zinzino products on third-party websites weakens the personal relationships Partners must develop with their Customers, as well as the Zinzino brand and the image and marketing position Zinzino strives to establish for its products.
