Many suppliers of Vitamin D supplements also contain Vitamin K2. Why doesn't ZinoShine +?
The current scientific position regarding the pairing of Vitamin K2 and Vitamin D relates only to instances of high dose Vitamin D supplementation. High dose Vitamin D (greater than 200mcg per day) is not what we recommend a person should consume. Also, Vitamin K is recommended in instances where there is a measured Vitamin K deficiency. However, it should also be noted that Vitamin K deficiency is very rare among adults.
