Our olive oil is cold pressed. The olives comes from Spain and are green olives because they are harvested early in the season.
The fish in our BalanceOil comes from the Atlantic Ocean and is derived from sustainable sources. It´s small pelagic fish such as sardines, anchovies and mackerel.
Our BalanceOil is produced by Lysi in Iceland. The most important for Zinzino is that the fish oil has a very high content of EPA & DHA.
