What should I think about during my vacation when I have a Zinzino subscription?

When you have a Zinzino subscription, your products will be delivered every other month.

Your order will be delivered within 4-10 business days after Zinzino has received your payment.

If you cannot receive your delivery as planned, we recommend one of the following:

• Change your *shipping address temporarily! You can read more about how to change your address here
• Pause your subscription. You can read more about how to pause your subscription here

*You will only be able to change your delivery address within the country that you are registered as a customer

Zinzino also offers several travel adapted products, you will find them in our webshop. It is perfectly fine to make an extra order to bring on your travel!
