What type of foods in our daily diet contain high amounts of Omega-6 fatty acids?


Animal meat and eggs constitute the food groups that are highest in the Omega-6 fatty acid Arachidonic acid (AA).
Other types of Omega-6 fatty acids are found in vegetable oils such as soy bean oil, corn oil, sunflower oil, etc. Therefore, Omega-6 is present in most of the foods that we eat on a daily basis.
