When will I receive my Test result?
The BalanceTest, Vitamin D Test and/or HbA1c Test results are usually ready after 10-20 days, but it can sometimes take longer depending on the quality of the blood sample
(a lower quality blood sample might need manual analyze).
If 1 month has passed since you sent in your blood sample, and you still cant find your results, contact support.
Send a picture of your test code together with your customer id# and we will help you further.
