Where Can I Find the Chat?

You can find our chat on (zinzino.com)

It is not possible to find the chat on all Zinzino website pages, but only on selected pages such as our [Customer Service page] or [Shop] .

You will find the chat icon in the right hand corner of the page at the bottom. When we are available for a chat, you will be able to see the different agents that are available. If no agent is available, you can write your question and get tips from our forum.

The chat is available during Mon-Fri 09-16 and closed for lunch 11.30-13:00.
