Where Can I Find Omega-3 in Food?

Omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA) are mainly found in oily fish, such as sardines, mackerel, anchovies, salmon, etc. There are also plant sources of Omega-3, such as Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), which can be found in some vegetable oils.
Our bodies can make EPA and DHA from ALA, but this process is very limited and inefficient.
It is highly unlikely that one can achieve the recommended Omega-6:3 Balance through a strictly vegetarian diet.
The easy way to achieve high EPA and DHA levels is through the use of Zinzino Balance products.
