1. What is the International Annual Event?
The International Annual Event 2025! The event will take place on October 10-12 at The Qube in Gardermoen, Oslo. The ticket gives you access to three days filled with exclusive training, inspiring speakers including our Keynote Speakers and massive video content.
The online tickets are available for purchase until 10 am CEST October 20, 2025 (you can also access the recording with an online ticket).
Please note that photographs and footage will be taken throughout Annual Event. These will be used by Zinzino for marketing and publicity in our publications, on our website and in social media. By entering the venue, you hereby consent to all such filming and to unrestricted transmissions of any resulting program. Please contact the event organizer if you have any concerns or if you wish to be exempted from this activity.

3. What is Crown Dinner?
As Crown or higher pin level*, you and your spouse are invited to attend the Annual Crown Dinner with Zinzino’s Top leaders, Management and specially invited guests on Thursday October 9. Together we will experience a spectacular evening with a first class 3-course dinner and special announcements.
When: October 9, 19.00-23.00 CEST
Where: Clarion Hotel & Congress Oslo Airport (next to the Qube)
- You need to be Active Crown at least for one month between October 2024 - September 2025.
4. What is Annual Leadership Day?
As pin-level Diamond and above or Top Team you are invited to the Annual Leadership Day that starts at 1 am CEST Thursday, October 9.
Take the opportunity to learn from the best! You will get a tailored training and workshop from our Keynote Speaker and Bestselling authors Orrin Woodward, Chris Brady and the amazing inspirational speaker Øystein Gjerme.
This will be free of charge for Diamonds and Above and Top Team but for everyone who doesn´t want to miss this day of inspiration you can buy your ticket. Non-refundable
You need to buy your Partner Premium Ticket to be able to buy a Annual Leadership Day ticket through our Partner Support.
If you will get qualified to this training by becoming a Diamond or above or Top Team you can transfer your tickets to another Partner. All tickets are non-refundable.
Annual Leadership Day will be interpreted to the following languages: Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Mandarin, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish

5. What is Annual International Awards Ceremony on Saturday evening?
This year’s legendary Annual International Awards Ceremony can be described with only one word – glamorous! Together we will experience a spectacular menu filled with outstanding entertainment, laughter, exciting announcements and thrilling surprises! We promise that this will be the one to remember! Grab your finest outfits and dress to impress.
6. Where can I get hold of beverage during the Awards Ceremony?

8. Can I bring my children to the event?
Yes, children are very welcome to participate during the main event and during the Gala Dinner on Saturday evening but Annual Leadership Day is exclusively for qualified Partners over 18 years.
9. Can I participate at the Annual Event although I have photosensitive epilepsy?
This event may potentially trigger seizures for people with photosensitive epilepsy. Viewer discretion is advised.
10. Where can I purchase my event ticket?
Purchase your Online Ticket 2025 ticket through your Back Office in order to link it to your Partner ID number:

11. Can I get a refund on my event ticket?
Sorry, you are not entitled to a refund on your event ticket/-s.
12. Will my Annual Event ticket be counted in the Top Gun Campaign?
All paid event tickets will count in the Top Gun Campaign. Any refunds processed during the campaign period will be deducted from the results.
Children ticket and Annual Leadership ticket is not counted for Top Gun Campaign.

13. When and how will I have access to my Annual Event ticket/-s?
Your ticket will be sent out via e-mail a couple of weeks before the event from Zinzino Annual Event.
14. Is the event ticket personal?
Your ordinary event ticket isn't personal so if you want to give tickets away that works fine.
For information about your online ticket, see below.
15. When will I have access to my online ticket?
You will get access to your online ticket(s) from your personal Back Office. Remember to log in with the Partner ID number that you purchased your online ticket through. To receive all the latest updates, you should log in on the morning of the actual event.
If someone else has purchased your ticket for you, then your ticket information is in your buyer’s Back Office. Your buyer will have to share your ticket with you on the morning of the actual event so you can enter the event.
16. How can I access my online event ticket?
To receive all the latest updates, follow the instructions below on the morning of the actual event.
• Sign in with your Partner ID & password to Back Office at zinzino.com
• Check for the event ticket image
• Click on “Your ticket”. Here is your ticket information.
• Click on “Enter event” to watch the event or get information prior to the event start.
If you have bought multiple tickets and need to share them with your guests, you will find these under “additional tickets”. Copy the ticket link the morning of the actual event and send it to your guests.

17. Is the online event ticket personal?
Yes, it is personal and linked to the Partner ID number that you used when purchasing your virtual ticket. You will have access to the event page using up to two devices. To switch the device, log out from your previous device and re-enter the page.
18. I have purchased event tickets to my team, how can they access them?
If you have purchased event tickets to your team, then you need to send them their personal event ticket link the morning of the actual event. (Online ticket)
Forward the tickets that has been sent to you by e-mail. Search for "Your ticket to Annual Event" in your inbox. Tickets will be send out two weeks before the event.
19. I have purchased an online ticket but I can’t see it in my personal Back Office.
Please make sure to log in using the same Partner ID number that you used when you purchased your virtual ticket. If you continue to encounter any issues, please contact our Partner Support.
20. I have purchased a online ticket. When will I be able to access the recordings after the event?
The recordings (with interpretation) of the virtual main event will be released approx. 4 days after the event on the event page that you access from your Back Office. You will receive a notification in the newsletter and in the Back Office News when the recordings are available at the event webpage. The recordings will be available until January 12th 2025 at the event webpage that you access from your Back Office.
21. How can I access the recordings after the event?
• Sign in with your Partner ID & password to the Back Office at zinzino.com
• Check for the event ticket
• Click on “Watch Recordings”
• Click on “Enter event” to watch the recordings

22. I have purchased event tickets to my team, how can they access the recordings after the event?

23. If I can’t attend event and haven't purchased a ticket, can I purchase a online ticket afterwards to watch the recording?
Yes, if you purchase a online ticket after the event, you will gain access to the main event recordings (with interpretation). You can purchase a virtual ticket until 10 am CEST October 20, 2025. After you have purchased your ticket, you can access the recordings by doing the following:
• Sign in with your Partner ID & password to the Back Office at zinzino.com
• Check for the event ticket
• Click on “Watch Recordings”
• Click on “Enter event” to watch the recordings
24. If I have bought an ordinary ticket but can’t attend the event, can I get hold of a online ticket to watch the online stream?
If you have purchase an Premium event ticket and can’t attend the event of some unexpected reason, then you can sell your ticket to someone in your team and buy a online ticket instead.
If you fail to sell your Premium ticket, send an e-mail to events@zinzino.com and inform us about your situation, then we will do our best to help you with your online ticket.
Please note: no refunds on already bought tickets.
25. When can I check-in to the event?
Check-in for all Partners starts Thursday, October 9, between 11 am and 1 pm in the foyer at The Qube. And on Friday, October 10 between 11 am and 1 pm.
26. Where can I park my car during the event?
The Qube offers a limited number of outdoor parking spaces. The fee is 150 NOK/24h. Please pay using the Easy Park app.
27. How can I get to the event at the Qube with public transportation?
The S44 shuttle bus service runs to and from Oslo Airport Gardermoen at least twice and hour, stopping right outside the hotel. From the airport, the bus departs from platform 40. For prices and timetable information, please contact the reception. Tickets are available for purchase via the Vy app. Tickets can either be purchased via the Vy app or on the bus for 80 NOK per person each way.

29. How can I connect with the event on Social Media?

30. What is and where can I find the Hospitality Desk?
The Hospitality Desk is in the conference foyer and there you will meet Zinzino employees that will answer questions, guide you, take care of your possible feedback and help you with the other requests you have. You will also find notebooks, pens and sometimes you will be recommended to fetch your Zinzino pin here.
31. What are and where are the Zinzino Event Shop and the Book Shop?
Visit us in the Zinzino Shop at floor two where you will find amazing offers! You will only be able to buy prodocts without credits, but you will be able to order kits in our webshop with amazing offers. This year our Book Shop is inside the Event Shop. Check out our special book offers and access special selected reading materials that will inspire you to build your business, and take the lead!
32. Will the event be interpreted and if yes, to which languages?
The Annual Leadership Day and the main event will be in English and interpretation services will be provided in the following languages Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Polish, Russian, Slovak, Spanish, Swedish and Turkish. Order your equipment at the website. Please, keep in mind that last minute changes are possible.
33. Will the online event be available in other languages?
Annual Event will be in English and interpretation services will be provided in the following languages: Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Polish, Russian, Slovak, Spanish, Swedish and Turkish. Please, keep in mind that last minute changes are possible.
The Annual Leadership Day will not be streamed.
34. How do I change the interpretation during the event streaming?
During the broadcast you need to select the interpretation language of your choice by doing the following:
Find the “Headphone” symbol to select your interpretation language in the right corner of the broadcast video.
Click on the “Headphone” symbol to access the list of available interpretation languages.
Click on the arrow to select your preferred language.
35. Can I watch the online event from any device?
You can watch the online from a computer, tablet or smartphone.
36. Can I stream the event on a big screen using Chromecast?
Yes, you Stream your favorite content from your phone or tablet straight to your TV. Use a Chrome browser and follow the steps as explained on the official Chromecast pages: https://video-tv-cast.com/chromecast/
37. Can I watch the event on my iPhone / iPad through my Apple TV?
Yes, you can watch the event directly on your iPhone and iPad. It works wherever you are; all you need is an internet connection. If you’d like to stream a video via Apple TV to watch it on a big screen, you can use AirPlay directly from your iOS devices.

– Apple TV

38. Do I need to download anything to be able to view the live stream?
No. Once you have purchased your online ticket, you will get access to the event. The video plays automatically in your browser. It works on PC, Mac, tablet, or smartphone. However, you must ensure you have a proper internet connection to view the Annual Event stream.
39. What are the Zinzino Excellence Awards?
During the evening of the Annual International Awards Ceremony, we will announce the names of Partners who have won the prestigious awards Partner of the Year, Recruiter of the Year, Salesperson of the Year, Heart of Zinzino! During the main event we will also announce the staff member at Zinzino Customer Support who has won the Smiley Office award Smiley Field.
